We take the average of your orders from the last 3 months, right up to your billing day. This approach ensures your plan accurately reflects your store’s current activity and growth.

What if my order volume fluctuates or goes beyond my plan's limits?

If your order volume exceeds your current plan's limits, don’t worry—you won’t be automatically moved to a higher plan. If we see that your average order volume over the last 3 months consistently goes beyond your plan’s cap, we'll notify you so you can update your plan as needed. We’re here to help you stay on the right plan for your business, without any unexpected changes!

Why Does By the Numbers Charge Based On Monthly Order Volume?

Will I be charged when my 14-day free trial is up?

No. Use your 14-day free trial to test By the Numbers fully. All the features are available to you without any upfront costs; you don’t even need to put down a credit card. After your trial ends, while we hope we excite you with BtN’s capabilities, there is no pressure to sign up after your trial has ended.

Is my historical order data included?

Yes. By the Numbers pulls all your historical data without additional costs. Whether you have hundreds of thousands of orders or you're just starting out, we make sure you’re not starting from scratch.

We Have Multiple Stores: Is There an Easy Way to Navigate Between Them?

Yes! We understand the inconvenience of managing multiple stores. All that logging in and out! Our solution allows you to link multiple shops together. That way, you can switch from one store to another effortlessly, all within the same session. Importantly, the integrity and security of data for each shop are maintained.
