Syncing Segments with Klaviyo

Follow these steps to sync segments with Klaviyo. For instructions on OAuth integration with Klaviyo please see this article.

Step 1: Navigate to the Segments Page

Go to the Preset Segments or Custom Segments page.

Step 2: Click the Gray Plus Button

On the right side of the segment you want to sync, click the gray + button.

Step 3: Select Klaviyo Integration

In the popup window, select Klaviyo from the list of integrations.

Step 4: Sync the Segment

Once selected, your segment will sync with Klaviyo. You can also select "Sync Now" to start the sync immediately.

Step 5: Verify Sync Status

The green sync icon next to the Klaviyo icon means it's syncing. Mouse over the icon to see the last and next sync times.
