How often is my data updated?
We're constantly making performance tweaks and improvements to update your data more frequently. We know how important it is to have a live pulse on your business. Metrics updates are prioritized based on the Billing Plan:
- Premium Plan subscribers have metrics updated in real time.
- PRO Plan subscribers have metrics updated every 30 minutes.
- Growth Plan subscribers have metrics updated every 6 hours; and
- FREE Plan subscribers have metrics updated daily.
Sometimes these updates can be delayed due a number of factors.
- Latency or API issues with Shopify.
- Larger than expected calculation volume due to pushing a bug fix.
- An issue with our database or server providers.
- An unexpected surge in signups leading to more than normal processing volumes.
